International Political Dialogue (IPD)

Those wishing to spread Liberal ideas in the world and to reinforce organised liberalism must initiate talks and a lively intercultural exchange. Active listening and learning are crucial in this.

Dialogue is the Exchange of Ideas.

An active dialogue is based on tolerance and mutual respect. Promoting these basic liberal values and further developing them within a global exchange of ideas is the mission of the International Political Dialogue at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.

At our congresses and workshops, in our discussion sessions, seminars, and hearings, people from all nations of the globe – including prominent politicians and experts from different specialist areas, as well as young, motivated liberals – meet in order to formulate new approaches and solutions for future-oriented liberal politics.
